Postal Charges & Dispatch Times
VAT at 20% is chargeable on any purchases being delivered to a country within the EU and are included in the postal charge where applicable.
Customs charges on purchases outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment unless otherwise notified.

Delayed or Missing Parcels
If you do not receive your package with in 15 working days for UK and 25 working days for overseas, please contact your local sorting office to find out if they are holding a parcel for you but haven't left a card. Unless you have done this I cannot pursue the issue further.
I appreciate that the wait may be frustrating but I do need to ask you to wait as most parcels do eventually turn up. Overseas parcels are not even considered as missing by the post office for 3 months.
Please note that replacements/refunds will NOT be sent/issued if a signature on delivery has been obtained or if you have given me an incorrect or incomplete address.
Weight of skeins
All measurements and weights are approximate and supplied for guidance only.
I purchase all my un-dyed yarn already in 100g or 150g skeins, the weight can vary by a small degree and unfortunately it is beyond my control.
It is very important for me that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me right away, as I'll do everything I can to ensure your satisfaction.
You are entitled by law to a 14 calendar day cancellation period, should you choose to return the goods you must notify me within 14 calendar days beginning with the day you received the goods.
I’m happy to refund the purchase price (less postage and Paypal/ETSY fees) on stock items.
For any items made to order where I have agreed to a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
I cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit – if in doubt, please return the goods by ‘UK Confirmed’. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Refunds can only be made if the goods are in their original condition with all ties / bands still in place and shall be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item (or proof of postage). Yarn that smells of smoke will NOT be refunded, as I cannot resell it.

The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
Items returned from outside the EU must be clearly marked on the customs label as "returned merchandise" so as not to attract import duty / VAT. Please also write "Returning to country of origin" on the parcel.
Cancellation notification must be made in writing. Please see below a Model cancellation form, which you can use (copy and paste).
